Overview
When faced with declining tax revenue, officials in Preble County, Ohio, wanted to capitalize on their strategic location along Interstate 70 between Columbus, Ohio, and Indianapolis, Indiana. Pizzuti Solutions offered its expertise in regional planning, market analysis and strategies for attracting business and completed a detailed market analysis and implementation plan.
Results
Engaged as Master Developer, the Pizzuti Solutions team created a conceptual plan that takes advantage of Preble County?s prime location. The plan transforms the rural community into a commercial, industrial and research hub named Goose Creek Crossing. Pizzuti is overseeing the design, funding and construction of all related public infrastructure and assisting in land acquisition strategies. Additionally, Pizzuti is marketing the project for development with a package that includes brand identity, collateral materials, logo creation, and Web development.

Grant Application Authored, Submitted
[11/1/2006] Following creation of a conceptual plan, the Pizzuti Solutions team is serving as master planner, marketing Goose Creek Crossing with a package that includes brand identity, collateral materials, logo creation and Web development.

The Pizzuti team authored a $5 million grant application with the Ohio Department of Development for assistance in the development of a research and development park.
