Projects - Groveport Town Centre

The Village of Groveport in suburban Franklin County, Ohio, recognized potential in a parcel of land located in their historic downtown. Pizzuti Solutions was asked to identify community support for development of the land. The Pizzuti Solutions team conducted public meetings and interviews with stakeholders to identify the best use of the land. Pizzuti completed a market update, and prepared site plans and preliminary architectural designs.

Pizzuti Solutions created a vision for a mixed-use development to include retail, restaurants and office space. This development will serve as an extension of downtown Groveport and create connectivity to the village?s community and senior centers.

Pizzuti, Village finalize land lease details
[5/1/2007] Pizzuti and the Village of Groveport are finalizing details for a land lease. A formal agreement is expected in late-May.

The development is expected to include a mix of retail, restaurants and office space.

Design Concept Approved
[11/1/2006] Village Council has approved the design concept for a mixed-use development to include retail, restaurants and office space. Currently the village and Pizzuti are negotiating a land lease for the parcels to move the development forward.
