Overview
The City of Las Vegas was operating in an aging city hall facility. Faced with either renovating the existing facility or building a new city hall complex, Las Vegas officials partnered with Pizzuti Solutions to create a plan that would return efficiency to city operations and meet the needs of a growing population for years to come.
Results
Pizzuti Solutions is analyzing potential sites for a new city hall in downtown Las Vegas. Based on the space available and program requirements, Pizzuti is developing building configurations, construction cost estimates, a project schedule and an analysis of redevelopment impact for each site.
