Overview

When the need arose for Winter Park, Florida to renovate its aging City Hall, the decision was made to create an innovative mixed-use, public/private project. Pizzuti Solutions was called in to develop the concept and make it happen. Heading a core development group, Pizzuti conducted surveys of residents, held public meetings and met with the Chamber and Commissioners to gain a better understanding of their ideas and visions for the town.

Results

The project team completed a corridor study for a major arterial that links Wickliffe to neighboring communities. They analyzed the community’s strengths and weaknesses, as well as opportunities and threats, and developed a list of commercial redevelopment opportunities as part of a plan that incorporates strategies for community revitalization and growth.
