The city of Whitehall, Ohio is home to 20,000 residents who share a strong sense of community. City officials in this Columbus suburb saw the need to t ensure sound redevelopment. Pizzuti Solutions was selected by the city to create a land use and economic development plan for several key redevelopment sites.

Results

Pizzuti Solutions is studying the redevelopment sites and identifying key strengths and opportunities. When complete, the land use and economic development plan will capitalize on current and future market opportunities to encourage job creation and a competitive environment for the city.
